Deepak Sharma
Director and co-founder
Deepak is director and co-founder of Kanvic Consulting. He is based in Delhi NCR from where he leads the firm and our ground-breaking work in strategy and leadership.
Deepak brings over twenty years of international experience in industry and consulting. Before founding Kanvic he worked with leading global companies in London and Mumbai on their top strategic issues.
Deepak's advice has been sought by Fortune 500 companies and leading family-owned businesses. He is a widely published thought leader and acclaimed public speaker on strategy.
Deepak holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, U.K. with majors in strategy and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jai Narain Vyas University, India.
Gehan Wanduragala
Associate Partner
Gehan is Associate Partner and lead for the India entry practice at Kanvic Consulting. He advises leading international companies on their India market entry strategy. Gehan brings a decade of on-ground experience in India supporting overseas companies in sectors ranging from retail, to consumer goods and industrial products. Gehan writes and speaks extensively on the opportunities and challenges for international companies doing business in India and has collaborated with organisations including Department for International Trade (UK), Food & Drink Exporters Association (UK), and Business France to support European companies in their India market entry. Gehan is a UK national and holds a BSc from the University of Bath, UK and MSc from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Shiv Kumar Sharma
Principal
Shiv works in the Kanvic’s strategy team in Gurgaon and leads client engagements across industries including consumer, healthcare and manufacturing sectors in the area of strategy, performance improvement, sales and channel and new market entry. Shiv has supported leading Indian and international clients on a range of projects in the areas of conducting market assessment, evaluating new growth opportunity, developing robust go-to-market strategies and building sales and channel strategies. Shiv works closely with clients to achieve their growth targets. Shiv holds an MBA in Marketing from ISCOM.
Sanjeeva Shivesh
Senior Advisor
Sanjeeva brings an extensive experience of working in consulting, private equity and the public sector on areas related to strategy, investments, valuation and due diligence. Sanjeeva worked at Indian Railways where he was instrumental in conducting experiments that led to formation of IRCTC. He then went on the work as a strategy consultant with Booz & Co in London. At Kanvic, Sanjeeva helps clients in supporting their growth strategy and investment plans through a structured process of strategy alignment, target identification, due diligence and risk management. Sanjeeva has taught courses at Singapore Management University, MDI Gurgaon, IIM Kashipur and FMS Delhi University. Sanjeeva is a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and MBA from Cranfield University, UK.
Abhrajit De
Expert Partner
Abhrajit works in the area of digital and technology transformation for both Indian and international firms. Abhrajit has over 38 years of experience in India working extensively with clients in manufacturing sectors. He has served as a CIO in leading companies and successfully implemented core technology platforms and new technologies for leading companies. Abhrajit brings extensive experience working with business process re-engineering, data management & analytics, cyber security, ERP, business applications and IT infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Calcutta University.
Aditya Atluri
Associate Principal
Aditya has been part of Kanvic team for over a decade. During his tenure, he has worked on diverse projects in strategy and digital transformation for leading Indian and international companies across consumer, industrial, energy and healthcare sectors. Aditya brings his deep understanding of new digital technologies and excellent analytical skills to develop fact base necessary for external market view. Aditya holds an MBA in Consulting from Hult International Business School, Massachusetts and a master’s degree from Imperial College London. He also holds a B. Tech. in Engineering from ICFAI Tech Institute of Science & Technology.
CA Dimpy Goyal
Associate Consultant
Dimpy contributes to consulting projects through conducting comprehensive research, process and financial analysis. She consistently supports senior consultants, successfully delivering projects for leading Indian and international companies across sectors such as building materials and paper industries. With expertise in market research methodologies and financial analysis, she demonstrates analytical prowess using advanced tools. Dimpy is a Chartered Accountant and is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College For Women, University of Delhi, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Lorenzo Tota
Associate Consultant
Lorenzo works in Kanvic's strategy team in Gurgaon. He supports senior consultants in conducting research and analysis in consumer goods, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors. Lorenzo keenly understands client requirements and actively applies his skills to enhance project outcomes. He is pursuing a Master's in Management at ESCP Business School, Paris and holds a degree in Business Administration from SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino.
